Ben tre appuntamenti per scoprire i segreti del cioccolato! I Cooking Show sono presentati ed eseguiti dallo Chef Attilio Borra, presidente della delegazione regione Piemonte dell’APCI (Associazione Professionale Cuochi Italiani) con la collaborazione di Marco Ghione Executive Chef del ristorante Al Bial di Macra in Val Maira. A supportare gli chef ci saranno gli studenti dell’ENAIP di Cuneo, sezione alberghiero.
