Il Mercato Nazionale della Lumaca sarà allestito, in occasione della 453a Fiera Fredda, il giorno del santo patrono San Dalmazzo di Pedona, lunedì 5 dicembre, a partire dalle ore 8. In mattinata, la consueta premiazione in presenza delle istituzioni.

? La Fiera Fredda è giunta alla sua 453a edizione! Dal 2 al 5 dicembre 2022, a Palazzo Bertello, Borgo San Dalmazzo.
? La 453a Fiera Fredda – Fiera Nazionale della Lumaca di Borgo San Dalmazzo è un evento organizzato dall’Associazione Ente Fiera Fredda. Con il patrocinio del Comune di Borgo San Dalmazzo, Regione Piemonte, Ministero dell’agricoltura, della sovranità alimentare e delle foreste, Camera di Commercio di Cuneo. Grazie al supporto di Confartigianato, Confcommercio, CNA, ABCDoc, Ist. Mus. Dalmazzo Rosso, ATL del Cuneese. In collaborazione con il Consorzio della Lumaca Borgarina, Helicensis Fabula. Con il sostegno di Banca di Caraglio, Fondazione CRC, Acqua San Bernardo, Caffè Fantino, Bordiga, Fantino Pulizie e Servizi.
